I recently ordered flowers for my brothers funeral. The Casket Sprays and side table flowers were absolutely stunning. I was very pleased with their work and the long lasting quality of the floral used in the arrangements. I feel that their prices were more than fair since I do order a lot of flowers. I plan to order flowers for my office staff for Valentines Day.
Their beautiful flowers always make me smile. The owners are friendly and accommodating as well as their delivery staff! I highly recommend!
Didn't have the luxury of placing my order because whoever answered the phone was rude right away and said they were all booked up for the weekend. Rather than asking if I were interested in placing an order at the earliest convenience and next date the person just hung up the phone and said they were busy and booked for the weekend. Not a pleasant experience considering I would have been flexible but now I'm just not going to be a customer at all.
Jim Brown is an experienced artistic florist who is dedicated to creating a unique arrangement for every customer. Recently I ordered an arrangement for my mother. The bouquet arrived at the promised time and delighted my mother so much she placed it so it could be enjoyed by many. Disappointed and dissatisfied. I realize that there will be substitutions but when they are so different, I feel a call is warranted. I ordered an arrangement of succulents and what was delivered was an arrangement of green plants. Although lovely, I ordered succulent’s for a reason. I can understand if different succulents were sent than shown in the photo, but totally different kinds of plants is a different order.
My mother recently celebrated her 95th Birthday. Because of the Covid Pandemic, I could not travel to be with her. Mark took care of my order. My mother loved the white rose arrangement that he created. Thank you, Mark!
The nicest florist I’ve ever worked with! Customer service was excellent and straightforward. Pricing is comparable to national brands. 10/10 would recommend!
