I called this morning and Art answered the phone. I asked about availabitlity for him to come out and give me a free estimate. When I asked if Monday at 5pm would work he responded "do you work until 5pm or somethin'?" I told him that was the time that would work (not that it's any of his business what I'm doing during the day or when I get home from work or anywhere else, 5pm is when I was available.) When he said he had no other options and it would have it would have to be earlier I politely told him I would call someone else. He responded with "good" and hung up on me. This company is completely unprofessional and I'm so glad that I didn't go down the road of hiring them because obviously they would be a complete nightmare to work with.
