My husband and I recently purchased a Jacuzzi Hot Tub from Mirage Pool and Spa.  I want to give a huge Thank you to Chad, Lacy, Lance, and the rest of the staff at Mirage Pool and Spa for everything they did.  They were very fair in pricing.  From start to finish they were very helpful and informative.  They went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied.  We have had many hours of enjoyment in the few short weeks that we've had it.
When we made the initial decision to purchase one, I wasn't sure how much it would get used.  I'm certain I've used it the most.  I've had trouble sleeping for years and have struggled with joint and muscle pain. I'm amazed at how much better I sleep when I spend time sitting in our hot tub in the evening before bed.  I'm addicted!  The total relaxation and soothing tight muscles has been immeasurable!  I would Highly recommend to anyone.  Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Would not recommend. Horrible customer service and incompetent in fixing a Dimension One spa. After a year of back to back calls having their guys come out time and time again without any improvement, over a thousand dollar down the drain, and a never ending leak issue, we decided to give up and cut our losses.

The service that I got definitely matched up to the good reviews. I am guessing the bad reviews are from the type of psycho that spends an hour photographing her dinner at a restaurant, eats the entire thing and then demands a refund and a new dinner because the food was cold...common sense is in short supply these days and I don’t envy anyone who has to deal with this public.
