I can't explain how much I love this office. All the doctors are amazing especially Lipton. Lipton delivery both my children (18 months apart). She is a very realistic doctor and will be upfront with you. She helped me through so much when I was diagnosed with PPD from my first pregnancy, so much I didn't have it with my second. I found this office on accident and so happy I did!!!

I LOVE A Place For Women! Doctors make me nervous in general and I always feel very at ease when I am there. I hate getting my blood drawn and they are always so easy and patient with me. Dr. Lipton is my FAVORITE! She is so down to earth and easy to talk to! I love all the doctors there. They are very knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend them.

If it were not for ridiculous insurance issues, I would never go to another OB/GYN ever again. I recently found out though that they do not accept my new health insurance. I almost cried on the phone in disappointment and panic. I went to this office for my pregnancy back in 2015. They were so amazing. I mean, seriously so amazing. From the nurses, to the doctors, everyone was great. Delgado delivered my daughter and did an excellent job. The main reason that I feel compelled to write this review now (when the last time I saw them was over a year ago) is because of what happened AFTER I had my baby. I had MAJOR, life threatening complications (through no fault on them I have to say). And they did everything right. Dr. Lipton is a god-send. The only doctor I have ever met to let their patient cry on their shoulder and talk to them like an equal and not like it's just a part of their job. My mother still talks about Dr. Delgado. Delgado made such an impact on her. And what's more is that Delgado took the time to actually talk with her, to explain everything that was happening to her. These nurses and doctors are professional, do not get me wrong! But they are also human beings, not just robotic doctors. They actually care about they people they are treating. They are very competent at their jobs, and also friendly, and welcoming. I would recommend absolutely anyone to go here.

I love my doctor, Delgado and all of my nurses especially Rosie! That's why I've stayed here for the past 6 years, they're amazing!! But I wish the front desk was more polite, and also whoever manages appointments my last **5** have been put in incorrect or not at all, even though I have appointment cards.. One time I waited two hours before I said something and they said I never had an appointment.. Another time I called to reschedule and again they said I never had an appointment.. Otherwise I would rate higher--

The first time I went to A Place for Women, things were great. However, when it came time for my second yearly appointment, I had a different story to tell. Unfortunately, something came up at work on the day that my appointment was scheduled. I called multiple times on the day of to try and cancel or reschedule my appointment but there was no answer nor was there an option to leave a message for anyone. Both times I called were for several minutes without any response. Eventually, I gave up and just didn't go. A couple weeks later, I got a $30 charge to my account and when I inquired about it, they said it was a "No Show Charge," so I tried to explain myself and Susan Harris would not acknowledge my issue. She simply repeated herself in different ways. Eventually she used all caps, aka YELLING AT ME through the screen. TWICE! I went back to make sure that it wasn't just their automated system but in previous messages, there was proper punctuation so I knew this wasn't the case. She was deliberately yelling at me. I may only be 25 years old, but I'm an adult and expect to be treated like one. Customer service was terrible. I will not be coming or recommending this place in the future as Susan Harris was completely disrespectful for no reason. (See screen shot).
