Most unprofessional customer service I've ever encountered. They were so incredibly rude from the beginning. Embarrassing me and degrading me in front of a room full of patients. Not just 1 but 2 receptionists. They were discussing my personal information very loudly, and everything they said to me was plain rude. Never coming here again nor would I recommend anyone else to come here!!

I saw Dr Delgado while I was inpatient at TGH. He did endoscopy and even though he was very busy, he took the time to talk to me. That made me feel so at ease with all that was going on. He also had a great sense of humor
