Dr. Goldberg is very personable and very thorough, in the office and in surgery. She and her staff are professional. I have not been spoken to rudely; I enjoy my interaction with Dr. Goldberg and her staff. I get all of my questions and concerns answered, with any further explanation I might need. I'm not fond of waiting, so I schedule appropriately, to minimize the impact of needing time away from my job. I bring a book with me. I feel fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Goldberg.

Dr. Goldberg came highly recommended by my surgeon who specifically warned that patients tend to wait up to 45-60 min. to meet with her. Therefore, I went into this expecting some waiting time, which is understandable given her field of expertise. I was given a 7:15am appointment and was the 3rd patient to sign in at 7:19am. After completing the required paperwork I was shown to an examination room where then sat for 1:50 minutes without anyone coming in to check on me or to even advise me that the Dr. is busy and will be with you shortly. As indicated, I went in expecting some form of delay and candidly could understand and if the Dr. had an emergency or was delayed in some manner whether personally or professionally. However, as a business owner who is equally as busy, if not more so, I could not believe the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown to a new prospective patient. I sat alone in an 8' x 10' room (approximate size) for 1 hour and 50 minutes without a single soul coming in to check on me. This is unacceptable, regardless of the doctors expertise you would think they or members of their staff would be more concerned & respectful of a patients time or more importantly, their well being... At 9:15am I exited the examination room and simply thanked the 3 ladies in the office for their time and proceeded to leave...The only comment or words spoken to me were by the head nurse who simply asked me "would I like my money back"? I've never written a review or commented on-line about anything and The Lord knows, I do a tremendous amount of business on-line as do both my companies...However, given the frustration my wife and I went through with our insurance company just to schedule and secure an appointment with Dr. Goldberg (FYI - she does not work with private pay and only accepts insurance - Go Obama Care!) as well as whats been going on with the over all health care industry in our country, I felt compelled to share or one might might say "vent" so others might avoid going through what I found to be a blatant disregard of respect and ones time.

I was referred to Dr.Goldberg by someone who worked closely with her. He said "She's the best there is!" I've been with Dr. Goldberg since. (6+ years!) He was right! I love the amount of time she gives to me and each of her patients. She truly cares! By the way - her office staff is terrific too!
