I re-visited this salon after years of staying away. What a pleasant surprise to find the new owner  Colleen and a whole new look to the salon. Very clean... Great pedicure and dip nails to die for!!! No chip polish selection  is huge! I really like going here

I've been a customer of this place for several months, but after my experience today...I won't ever be returning. I made an appointment and ended up waiting almost 40 minutes past it with no apology. Things started out well while I was getting my fill, but quickly took a turn for the worse when I was finished. One of my acrylic nails was broken underneath the new acrylic and could clearly be seen. I kind of couldn't believe it wasn't replaced, but when I asked to have it fixed he actually looked at me and said "no, there is no way to fix it." That's it. I mean...I am not one to complain or get angry but I'll be honest. I've never been treated so poorly at a nail salon before. I'm a regular customer and I was polite, so I was really shocked. The only reason why my nail was (poorly) fixed at all is because another one of the ladies told him to do it (I assume). As he was angrily trying to fix it, he was talking badly about me in his language, while actually burning me in his frustration. The nail still looks awful, but at that point I just wanted to leave. The nails all have bubbles in them, the acrylic color is wrong and overall the job done is just horrible. Not to mention they even charged me an extra $5 to replace the nail! Worst manicure I've ever had in the 5 years I've been consistently getting my nails done. I'll have to go somewhere else now and pay to have my entire manicure redone. I never even write reviews, but I actually feel the need to tell people that there is a reason this place is almost always empty. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Been getting my nails done in the area for over 10 years and have tried many salons. I was faithful to one in Addison until I was tired of my nails chipping and falling off, as they got busier and began to talk  customers for granted. AQ nails has quality service and a rewards program. I have never been so satisfied with my nails, and they last for such a long time! Pedicures are quality too, they take time to massage really well. 10/10 recommend AQ nails. You won’t be disappointed.

First time trying this place out. WooW! What a great pedis! I had appointments and were tended to quickly. I really appreciate how they worked hard to make it what I wanted. The salon is quite calming. So I will returning at the following day for a pedicure done.

I didn't have a great experience the first time I came but I figured I'd give it a second chance and I'm so happy I did because the nails look beautiful!! The atmosphere was clean and the staff was friendly. I was a walk in and they took me right away. The gentleman who helped me was very polite and altered my nails when asked. We didn't talk at all, but I like it that way. I will definitely be coming back!
