They took advantage of me over and over until I finally stopped going and decided to write a bad review.  I went there for the first time for a fill with pointy nails.  She asked me if I wanted them more pointy.  I said - ok, sure.  For that she charged me $5 extra!  To take them from pointy to more pointy?  Really?  No wonder you didn't mention the up-charge when you asked the question!  They looked nice but they didn't last 2 weeks!  I've had acrylic nails for the last 30 years and very few places do work that won't last 2 weeks.  I had to pay extra every time I went back for them to reapply nails that had fallen off.  So now not only am I paying way more than I should be for a fill, but they're fills that would only last a week before lifting all the way off?!  I'm paying more for horrible quality!  I kept going back because they looked great.  But because I kept paying more for work that wouldn't even last a week - I just had to stop going.  They would've had a regular cash paying customer.  Oh well...

I'm giving two stars because I was treated politely. I went for a plain manicure. Admittedly, my hands are dry due to hand washing at work and my nails were somewhat ragged. The only objective was to shape and buff the nails, no color. I paid $15, I think this job was worth $6 maximum. She went through the steps, but it's like she didn't even look at my nails to check the shape. It is better than the jagged edges I had before, but I will need to fix it with a file as soon as I get home.

paula the one girl i usually go to left. the owner lisa is nice but her work is sloppy because she's always rushing. the other one just doesn't care i think she's the sister tracy. she's demanding and bossy if she didn't like what you chose she will let you know and will not do what you asked for. the other one doesn't even speak english so how is she even licensed to do nails? her name is kim and her pedicures are terrible. she massages so hard its painful and her coloring are terrible!

Horrible service, I asked them to file my nails, but I didn't like how she left them crooked. I kindly asked if she could fix them then she said "you're too picky." So I was forced  to leave and then they told me I had to pay for the removal of my polish. I didn't mind paying for it, but the way it was asked for was unprofessional.
