Dr. Ana is wonderful human being & professional. I have had the privilege to know her for several years now and I am amazed at how much integrity this woman has. She’s honest, gentle and kind…a wonderful healer. She cares for people’s well being and nurtures them back to health. The clinic is a very peaceful, relaxing place to visit. I have chronic low back pain and was going to a chiropractor often and it didn't really help. Once I started going to Dr. Ana and having deep tissue massage, my low back pain is almost gone. Glad to know her!

I have been seeing Ana for about 11 months now. Ana is a very caring and a loving person towards her patients. I was disappointed in seeing some of the reviews which were not true in my experience. Ana is the very opposite of what is being said. Her place is very clean and peaceful. She has beautiful music while doing therapy on her patients and has very nice smelling pain creams she uses. She has been doing cold lazar and micro current on me. This has helped me cope with some of my pain. She is always on top of insurance information and goes the extra mile in calling the doctors and attorneys to keep them informed of the work she is doing. She takes pride and care of her patients. I wish more doctors were as caring as her. The most thing I like about her is she is always positive. She has been there to pick me up when I get depressed on how things have gone with my surgeries and life ect... She is a great pain doctor and counselor for me. Check out her sight for all other specialties she can offers to help out patients. Thank you Ana for always going the extra mile for me when needed.

I was a patient of Dr. Ana's for about 6 months. I had a very hard time getting reliable information from the office staff about how much available money was left on my insurance, and how much of that each appointment was using. I also was communicative about my financial situation, and it's precariousness. After I stopped visiting Dr. Ana, due to a lack of effectiveness (or even diagnosis) from her, I called her to get some lab work from her that I needed for my new Dr. Her office admin Erica told me that they had been trying to get in touch with me for about a month. Even though I never received a voicemail or anything, and she double checked my contact info and everything, she told me that I had a balance of $230 with them. I asked what for and she said for my husband's insurance deductible. They didn't know about it at the time of his appointment. Totally unaware. I was in financial hardship before I even started seeing Dr. Ana... I said to them, this is a perfect example of why I needed to know about insurance costs and things BEFORE my appointments because I have $0... My family of 4 lives on $19k a year. If I had been told before my appointment that this would be the cost, I could have avoided the cost. It is not my responsibility since I didn't have the ability to avoid it... your responsibility not mine. You have codes for stuff, you have an office staff, you have prices for things, and you don't have two toddlers at home who need stuff while you're on the phone. Do your job. I said all of this in a much nicer way to Erica... Who said she would speak with Dr. Ana and get back to me. I haven't heard back yet. Other things have also been a problem... I told her that my disability application was in process, and that they may be contacting her, and that I needed a diagnosis. I never heard her once try to tell me what she thought was wrong with me. She's perfectly happy to do a massage, but she told me she'd think about everything we'd talked about, and then nothing. No dietary changes, no supplementation, nothing! Then. I received a letter from Dr. Ana's office today saying that my balance owed would accrue 15% MONTHLY from the time I owed it originally back in March...... AND that a six month payment plan was offered but was declined per patient.... I was never offered a 6 month plan, and if I had been, I would have communicated that there's no way for me to make a $10 payment at this time... I can see what I can do once my student financial aid comes in or something... (I had told Erica at the time I spoke with her, previously discussed, that my husband lost his job in July) We have $0 income. And I'm still sick. So Dr. Ana's priorities and lack of skill are very obvious.

I went in to see their facial expert so she could help me get on a healing regiment for my face. For a facial priced for over $100, I felt it was really only a series of masks not treatments but I wanted to trust her. She was able to do some extractions but was not able to do all that she wanted because she lacked some of the tools she needed. Afterwards, she tried to get me to buy their products. She laid out about $200 worth of items and told me they would be what I needed. I liked that they were all natural and had pieces of plants in them but was afraid they wouldn't work. I asked about a return policy and she just shrugged her shoulders like she didn't want to return anything but she didn't tell me they wouldn't. She sold me a small mask and moisturizer sampler, facial wash, and toner. I thought it worked okay, my acne wasn't gone but she told me it would take three months for me to see results. When the sample moisturizer was gone I bought some with zinc and the stone crop moisturizer, which she suggested. Each was around $60. I called to make another appointment and was unable to obtain one, so I called another salon. This person at the other salon, here in Gresham, told me in great detail exactly what I needed to make my face better and what I was using was only irritating it. She used treatments on my face so my visit was more like seeing a doctor, which is what I had originally wanted in the first place. After my treatment, she wanted me to buy about $250 worth of merchandise. I told her how I needed to use up what I bought at Renaissance and she warned me about using it and recommended I take it back. I used some free samples from the new aesthetician and my face looked fantastic in only a week! What a difference. I then went on vacation for two weeks and used the stuff I got from Renaissance to very bad results. I suffered from a terrible breakout and my face was really hurting. I went to them with the products they sold me and asked for a refund so I could buy the products that worked. The owner said they don't do refunds unless the product is unopened and that was only for a short amount of time. They said they would call the company to see if they would take it back. The owner never called me back so I went back in after a week to find they had heard back from the company, didn't call me, and if I hadn't made a personal visit, then I never would have known! All the time, my face is a terrible, painful, mess! The owner told me they were sorry but couldn't return my products, they depend on their aesthetician to provide good recommendations and that is that! They offered me another facial at a discount and I could buy more products also at a discount but of course, if I opened them and used them they were mine. I was so angry that I told them "why would I try your product again when I already did and got terrible results?!" I can't stand places that don't back up what they sell. I will NEVER return and promise to tell all that ask about my awful customer service from Renaissance Health Center!!!!
