I have nothing bad to say about the Gresham location. The employees there have been very friendly and accommodating! However, I would like to have some kind of indication that the beds have actually been cleaned..... like a sign that says "your bed has been cleaned and sanitized". I hate the idea that I might be laying in someone else's sweat.

One of the employee's stole my necklace at the mall 205 location, didn't do her job like she was suppose to. Instead decided to take a customers property instead of put it in lost in found like protocol. The management did not care until i brought the law enforcement there to look at surveillance and then they made her hand over the necklace. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! If I could NOT put a star I would.

The only time I will go to the location is when Dennis is working. He is friendly and treats his customers like family. Highly recommended if he's there, if not it's hit or miss on service.

Worst place I have ever been to!!!!! Bought a Groupon, their red light bed wasn't working. Great!!!!! They are telling me hey will switch me to a different bed and that manager will have to fix this. Call back every other day, not I get the word 2 weeks later that they can't do anything. That's half of my Groupon gone. Great! RIP OFF!!!! The front desk lady, is so busy on her cell phone that she had no time to pick up business the phone, or address my concerns. Every time I see her, she is talking to a friend on her cell phone. ridiculous!
