Kim and Tony are wonderful. This salon is the best ever. I have been all over the USA and have tried many salons. You won't go wrong with having them do any of the services!

Never again!! I was horribly frustrated and annoyed. I spent 3 hrs here just trying to get my dip taken off and redone. I called ahead to make sure they knew how to do a 'dip' nail. They said yes and can I come in 20 minutes. I agreed. So I came in and we spent the next 20 minutes back and forth explaining what a dip was! They said oh we can take care of that. I told them and showed them exactly what I had. Then I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get a person to help me. To which I had to explain how to get the dip off and they ignored me. I said soak it in acetone they tried to file it off. I was so angry I wanted to walk out but they had already cut my nail with the dip on it! So they were jagged so I couldn't walk out then. They asked me to move three times and never once cleaned the areas between customers. It was so unsanitary! Once they listened to me and we got going on putting a shellac on because they could not in fact do dip, they asked me to wait because a customer had an appointment with the girl doing my nails! Are you kidding me!! Plus the actual "manicure" was about 5 minutes she barely touched my nails and rushed so fast. I will NEVER come back.

AVOID THIS PLACE if you don’t run your nails will. Went in with my wife today. Worst nail job ever. I could’ve done a better job with a paint roller and Home Depot hose paint. She has been to lots of nail places and some jobs are great some are bad but this place is definitely the worst we’ve ever come to.

I was looking for a new place to get my nails done 💅 although it's about a 20 min drive for me I will DEFINITELY be back! Michelle did my nails and she took her time and made sure they were the way I liked them 😊 THANK YOU SNAZZY NAILS AND MICHELLE!! Very happy with my experience! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nail place!! Very nice and clean and friendly atmosphere as well!! THANKS AGAIN!!

I've been going here for years and they ALWAYS strive to do their best and make your experience relaxing and fun! They remember all my picky preferences and they make me feel like family ❤
