Best smoke shop in beautiful downtown Loxahatchee...

let me start by saying that truthfully I love the shop, ive bought plenty of pieces and products from here. Everytime ive been helped by 2 different ladies. Today I went into the shop looking to replace a piece that a roommate broke. I was helped by an older guy, this was the worst experience ever. I was looking at some pipes and he took them out for me, I evaluated them and narrowed it down to two, I went to take a photo to send to my roommate that way I can get his opinion, at that moment the gentleman started yelling and told me "put your f****ing phone away." I was a bit taken back, but then this angry man who works there ranted for 5 minutes about how he told someone to get the f*** out of his store for his phone ringing. Once he finished I tried to explain that I just wanted to ask my friends opinion. He then told me "no no no" and started cursing again. At this point in the middle of him ranting again I, just turned around and walked out. You have papers hanging saying don't use the W word or the B word, nothing about taking a picture of a piece... As well they may want to consider teaching this guy how to speak to customers... I don't think cursing at them will encourage them to buy... sorry but I can no longer do business at this store anymore, due to such a foul man.

Great prices and decent selection, the owner and his wife are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely one of my favorite shops, been giving them my business since they first opened. If it was up to me I wouldn't shop anywhere else

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly people. Very helpful. Prices are outrageous though. A lot of things are twice as much as you would pay online. But I'm willing to pay the extra for a mom and pop store with nice people who remember my name.

They were 1 min to close on a Tuesday night and let me and my father in. After great conversation and a wonderful customer experience I left with a new water pipe that I love. I'd recommend this smoke shop to anyone 5/5.
