We could not be more satisfied with our experience with A Storage Inn! We have rented storage space from them for years for both business and personal use. We have had tiny units, large, more than one at a time. They saw us through a move from one business location to another, from one house to another and even helped us store items moved from my parents house that they had been in for more than 40 years! Each unit was clean, free of any pests and completely dry. The people are awesome! Cooperative, pleasant, present and intelligent! Darlene is easy to work with - no kidding - there is nothing more they could have done to make our experience more positive.

The employee at the A-Storage Inn, Ballwin was helpful explaining the size of the unites and how much would fit in each unit. The area was clean and I felt safe while dropping off or picking up from our unit. I also liked that they offer an inexpensive insurance for my items in the unit.

Very easy place to rent a storage space from thanks for everything would definately rent again!

The folks at this location have been tremendously helpful, especially given the fact that I am an out of town customer. They understood the sensitive situation I was in, and worked with me to ensure I could have my belongings stored. The rates are excellent, especially when there is a promotion going on. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone looking for storage in the area.
