I highly recommend this place. I had never rented a storage unit before and was a little afraid I would feel unsafe going to and from my unit, but the security here is great, including the locked gate, staff on site, and video cameras that they do watch from behind the desk. Best of all the site manager Jim is super helpful. I have to confess that I was in a foul mood the first day I stopped in and I know I was less than pleasant to Jim, but he remained professional all the while, and on subsequent visits when I have had questions he has impressed me by leaving that behind and always being friendly and eager to help. I appreciate having a storage place and staff that I know I can count on.

Using Extra Space Storage on Gravois was an awesome experience from beginning to end. The site manager, Jim, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the process of deciding which unit to rent. He made sure that I got the right rental for my needs, stayed within the price point that I was comfortable with, and did so without any of the sales pressure that you sometimes feel at other places. 👍🏼When I was ready to move out, he was just as friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back to this location for my future storage needs! Go to them first, and you won't have to waste your time shopping around. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff is really nice at this location. However I can not recommend using them to store your items. I rented several units from them and they raise their rent the next month!

When I knew I would have to rent a storage unit I made sure to do my research. While touring a few places, extra space stood out. I have to say that this location blew us away. This company/location is the cleanest I've ever seen. Jim went above and beyond for us. He took his time, showed us every single option we asked about. He answered all of our questions and brought up details we would have never thought of. I'm very happy to be giving my business to this company. Thanks again to Jim for being so friendly and helpful.
