I have been with Life Storage (formerly Uncle Bob's) for over a year mainly because they are exceptionally good at what they do. Michelle is and has been an excellent Manager and Super provider of Customer Service. I really appreciate that she clearly explains what and how things are done at Life Storage. Then she not only listens to what I say/ask she acts on what she hears or she responds with what can be done. I am very comfortable with keeping my belongings at Life Storage. I started with Mike as the Site Manager. He was very good and always helpful This is the first time I have had to have a storage unit. After visiting 3 different companies I found Uncle Bob's and Mike, To be understanding, very helpful and very friendly. Plus their on line access is excellent.

This facility is very clean and staff was extremely professional. The management team was friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. Units are very nice and I feel like my belongings are in good hands. No worries here! Thanks for making my experience great!

Rented a unit yesterday, was able to complete most of the paperwork online and save time (and money) for for doing so. Upon arrival, the very nice and helpful woman working at the counter made sure I was able to see the unit before finalizing and was extremely helpful and very courteous. Overall, a easy and pleasant transaction and the facility is everything you'd expect for a storage unit.

We love our new storage unit with Life Storage. Ashely was amazing! She helped with everything and answered all of our questions. I went to all the storage areas in the area and Ashely's customer service sold me! Highly recommend.
