With a focus on farm-to-table, the menu is seasonally inspired and includes fresh homemade pastas, breads, and desserts. Partners, Rosemay Smith and Nathan Ganio have a combined experience of over 30 years in Hudson Valley restaurants, and are now bringing their creative take on rustic Italian food, with chef Emma Rose and bar manager Kyle Miller.
