This company has amazing customer service. Their website is very user friendly, and when i requested a quote on the site i got a quick response from one of their mobile agents. I definitely recommend AtoZ Insurance to anyone getting insurance on the east coast.

Terrible customer service , they do not advocate for their customers for the insurance they write for . I, myself switched insurance offices and pay 20.00 more for insurance , just for better customer service. My son found better pricing with Nationwide on December 6, 2017 and had just paid his ACH payment and for cancelling , he was charged a 75$ cancellation fee and like 150.00 for 1 day if car insurance and his policy was in good standing . This is a license to steal . Me and my family would not recommend them to any one . Horrible customer service.

Wish i knew about AtoZ Insurance before. They have several locations through out the tri state. Amazing prices, they find the best rates and their website is easy to navigate. I would recommend AtoZ Insurance to any individual who needs to be insured.

This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. But in order to afford insurance you pretty have no choice. They quote you one thing and you get billed for another. Truly sad. And they never take responsibility for their quotes. It is always the customers fault. Their response is you signed the paperwork.  People make sure you read your paperwork before signing they can not be trusted. And have nerve to have religious played up all over the place. Bad business for sure
