We have been with Matt and his team for over 12 years.  They are always helpful and easy to work with.  They are not pushy but do try to help you get the most for your money.  I remember one time getting in an accident right outside of their office with my two young kids.  The office staff entertained my children while I worked out all of the details and set up a repair and rental.  I would highly recommend Matt's team to anyone!

I would like to take a moment to personally Thank Donna, Amanda and Sarah for the professional way in which they handled my claim during the loss of  a vehicle due to an accident, to the purchase of my new vehicle over a period of Eight weeks. They took extreme patience in working with the claims offices and my bank to get my claim settled properly. I felt they went above and beyond by connecting two or three way phone calls so that I was satisfied and kept abreast of the progress being made throughout the entire ordeal. Having contacted all three of these ladies, I was most impressed with the coordination between them. Each was able to jump in and resolve any of my concerns without me having to explain the issues of the claim over every time that I contacted the office. Although the process seemed long, I really appreciated their persistence in the manner in which my case was handled.

Through my own struggles and hardships it's been nice to know that I've have great agents like Fred Waski who are willing to work with me no matter what and give me a chance. And when I move to West Virginia I'm definitely keeping State Farm great insurance company with great people.

Came from Jersey and needed all insurances. Never had State Farm before. Found Matt and his team which were able to fill all our needs. Easy to work with. Answers all questions I may have and keeps us up to date for any changes we may need. Premiums are better than NJ for sure. Would recommend.

Matt Basile and his staff are absolutely phenomenal! They assisted me through the process of filing a claim and making sure all of my documentation was current and complete. Further, they were easily accessible and available when I had questions. They receive my highest recommendation!
