Terrible service. I have been trying to put in a claim with them for over a month now and no one returns phone calls or even worse they don't answer their phones. They said someone would call me back and I have yet to receive any type of response for the numerous messages I have left. What a great insurance company they are!

I own Emerald Lawn & Landscaping and never before have I received the excellent service from an insurance company. I needed to put a bid in for a contract I called L & W to ask them to send it over my proof of insurance as I was on my way to meet with the customer. When I reached my customers home my proof of insurance had beaten me there. Now that's service!!! Thank you Erik Kaufmann and your team.

I have been impressed with Eric's attention to detail and knowledge of industry offerings.  In particular he has saved his clients in insurance needs specific to home owner's associations and property managers in the resort areas of Rehoboth Beach, Dewey, Bethany and Fenwick Island Delaware.
