Everything was handled professionally and effeciently. Communication was great. They did what they said they were going to do and the craftsmanship was impecable. They ripped out our old driveway and listened to our requests on how we wanted our new one laid out, and did it exactly how we wanted it. I highly recommend Olson for your cement work.

Where to start , 1- broke the sewer line, then backed charged us, (there go's the electric work) 2- did not go to the edge of the property line with the parking pad, now we have a six inch wide twenty five foot long area to pull grass and weeds. 3- All three doors where not the right sizes, door one asked for 12' 3" wide got 12' 7" wide door two asked for 10' 3" wide got 10' 2' wide door three ask for 35" wide got 33"wide. 4- approach to property is even with property line on one side hangs over three inch's on the other side. When i said something they sent someone out who said he would do something about it . Yeah they cashed the check, thanks for you great customer service. They might be good at somethings, but not what i hired theme for. If you go with them ask for lube.

My parents recently had some extensive work done to their home. Thankfully, we heard about Olson Cement through word of mouth! The guys were so polite to the whole family, even my nosey dad. They even went to bat with the city for us. The girls at the office were super helpful explaining the whole process to my parents too. Unfortunately, about a half hour after the cement was poured, our neighbor's kid drove right through it on his bike. Within 20 minutes of calling the office frantically, they had sent the guys back to fix it!! I have nothing but good words to say about this place!

I contacted OLSON cement for a driveway and some sidewalk cement work. OSLON office staff and John Hamel dealt with me professionally. John was available to answer my questions he was polite and courteous. Most importantly when an issue occurred OSLON took care of it The workmanship was excellent, the work site was left clean and orderly. All work was done right, timely and with proper notification. In summary I am a happy customer and I would not hesitate to call OLSON again.
