Great experience! I surprised my mother by having her dog groomed with a shampoo. Pricing and servicing was exceptional. I would definitely recommend to others.

I never liked this place but kept going back because we are seasonal and they did a "decent" job. My issue was the amount of time they kept our dogs there. I've never had to leave my dogs for more than 3 hours at any grooming services. These people will keep your dogs on a crate for the whole day. Last time I went to pick up my boys after 6 hours and they weren't even started on them and still had 2 dogs to do before. Bottom line is they overbook and will keep your dogs for hours. They get home and drink an entire bowl of water... I wonder why.

I would give this place 0 stars, if it were an option. 
I took my newly rescued dog to this establishment for the 1st time today. I was greeted by a woman who apparently was having a bad day. No "welcome", "nice to meet you", etc. She didn't even crack a smile. She started by asking for my for my personal information and then asked what I wanted done today. I told her that my dog was recently rescued from a shelter and had been previously abused, but she was very sweet, and the expression on this woman's face told me, that she could care less. I then told her that my dog has a few matts, so she will probably need to be shaved. Without even touching my dog, She told me "we can brush the matts out, but for a cost" (I did not understand what that meant) and I said "wouldn't brushing matts out be painful?" And she said "yes, but either way it's going to hurt."  
WHAT!?!? Are you kidding me!?!? Who says that???
I told her that I left something in my car and got my baby out of there!!!!!!  I should have just been honest and said "no way, will you be touching my dog!"
This place needs to work on their people skills, as well as explaining their services in a more pleasant manner. I will never take any of my pets there again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

My dog loves this place... Reasonable prices, a great staff that loves dogs, and a full service salon. He gets a bath, has a hair cut , has his claws trimmed and his teeth cleaned here.
