I will never go back to PetSmart ever again. I had an appointment for 5:00. I was called asking if I could come in early. So I changed my appointment to 1:30. I got there at 1:15. They took my two dogs and stuck them in pens or crates in the back and left them there until 3:00 pm when they brought my lab out and cut her nails. Afterward I asked if she could sit with me until my little dog was groomed.  The girl replied that my dog still had to have her bath!  So at 3:30 they still hadn’t bathed my dog. She is afraid of pens or crates and now they were in crates over 2 hours and yet we had to be there early!!
I told them I didn’t want my little dog to be clipped just trim the hairs that were sticking out. I turn around and the girl was using a clipper over my dogs whole body!!  Are you kidding me. I did not want them to put the small dog in a crate Again! and sure enough she takes the dog in back again!!  I was standing there waiting for them to give me my dog and they took him back with me standing there... my dogs are my family not just animals and they trust me not to scare them or make them do something that they really don’t like or something that causes them to be uncomfortable and scares them. 
I have had my dogs to PetSmart before and have good experiences. 
One of neighbors has an appointment next Friday and I’m going to tell her how my dogs were treated and hopefully she will cancel.

Slow service.  Ordered 3 items online.  Arrived an hour later only to find the order wasn't filled and multiple associates just standing around talking to each other.  It took another 15 minutes to pick the order after I was able to get someone to help me.

I had to return an item today and both Tyler and Nancy were very helpful with a store policy situation that could have caused me to walk away with a bad feeling. Instead, they were courteous and considerate and listened to me as one human to another and stood behind their customer. The store was very busy as well, with lots of customers as well as customers and their dogs, which created more smiles. I am a profressional board-and-train dog trainer and will definitely return to the Pine Island PetSmart in the future because of the two  employees named above.

I have always had good service from Petsmart stores. They carry high quality dog food. Have had good service on dog grooming; my Schnauzer always looks good after having him groomed here. I like the convenience of being able to make grooming reservations on-line. Very handy.

I always take my dog to the location in Pine Island in Cape Coral , Fl. They have a great service , nice attitude and big smile . If they cannot help you at the moment they schedule an appointment for your dog . My dog always comes out smelling nice and they apply the anti fleas treatment . Great price for showering and cutting their nails. Thank you so much !!
