I had to click on a star in order to give a review otherwise I wouldn't have even given it one. I came in at 8:35 I was on my cell phone. I respectfully finished my call at 8:39. I asked the gentleman behind the counter who was sweeping if I could order a meal. He asked me what time it was I said 8:39. He said sorry we're closed at 8:30. I walked back out to my truck. Googled that restaurant and the hours say 9 pm. Either he was lying or Google was lying. I'll never stop there again

This A&W definitely isn't like all the other day for A&W's it there. It has that hometown restaurant feel!

Apparently we came close to closing time as the order took 15 minutes and they tell us that the chicken will take 6 minutes to cook so we decided on something else. Pull away after ordering 3 meals...hear them tell the next one in line that they're closed. Wait in line for 15 minutes behind another vehicle....finally get the order and find out that the $20.xx that should have been charged was only $14.xx as they simply deleted a meal off the order, but still somehow gave us the drink for said deleted meal. On the road for 12 hours looking to finally settle down and this....this generation of workforce is what we have to look forward to!!

Service was nice but slow,and not that good food! But as good as can be expected from large chain fast food restaurants

It's always good. Never have had an issue with anything. They are a bit understaffed, but the root beer freeze is amazing.
