My Fianće, our daughter and me decided to go there once I recovered from my gallbladder surgery. Was horrible! The service took forever then it took longer than normal to get our food (waited an hour and 15 minutes for our food) we ordered dessert and that took another 40 minutes me and my daughter left my fianće got our check WITHOUT our dessert and while he was paying they took someone else's food to our table

I eat here almost every Tuesday for their half price wings. Today they frustrated me into writing a review, but instead of giving them the 1 star review I wanted I figured I'd give my honest opinion.

The service is either really good or really terrible. Id say its about 60% of the time good and 40% terrible. You either you get your food in less than 5 min or you wait over 20 min. Today I sat down ordered my drink and then waited 20 min for the waitress to get my food order, but she never came. Usually i can get my food ordered in less than 5min, but not this time. I walked out and across the parking lot to qdoba. The time it took me to walk over, wait in line, order, poor a drink, eat, and walk back to my truck was about the same as I waited to order my food at BWW. I'd give there service 2 stars.

I've only ordered about 5 things off their menu that weren't their wings. Out of those 5, only 1 of them I thought was good. The wings are fairly good as you would expect, although, I only order the same 2 flavores every time. I've tried most of them except the hottest 2. So all in all the food is about 3 stars.

All around I'd give them 2 1/2 stars. I'll still probably eat there, but I wouldn't expect to have to wait that long again just to order and then have to wait even longer to get my food.

Love BWWs, great service! Not the BEST wings I've ever had, but most often are the wings I crave!

Tyler Weddle was the nicest most fun server. He asked us personal questions and rated my fashion sense. While his reviews of my clothes were quite low, he told me some tips like
1. Buy a fedora
2. Wear breakaway sweatpants
3. Work on my general hygeine

Got wings to go and there was barely any sauce on it. They look more like chicken nuggets than buffalo wings. Very disappointed.
