Marginal food, terrible service (I waited 24 minutes for one breast and a black gal who came in 15 minutes later...she was checked on 3 times by the black crew and given free this and extra that for her long wait, whereas i was completely ignored...lol and as I sit here still at their store, they bring her an ice cream cone to boot lol.....fml). It does no good to complain about this place bec no one cares. I've written corporate twice about them and zero response.  Sad to say that still in this day and age, if you're black and you come here, you'll likely have a wonderful experience....otherwise visit at your own risk!

If I didn’t have to put one star I wouldn’t. The inside was gross. Trash every where, behind the counter was a mess, mashed potatoes were knocked over inside of the warmer. Very disorganized, the employees looked like they hated their lives. It took us 20 mins to get a famous bowl; without exaggerating. Employees just standing around with their thumbs up their butts not doing anything when the restaurant was gross. & very unprofessional

The worst place ever. Hamburgers had a slimy texture, bacon ice cold and not cooked, fries cold. If you get a kid's meal they give you applesauce as the special little prize for your child. But if you look online you should have a choice between applesauce and french fries.so how is applesauce a special little prize? Anyways after looking at the food and there was no way I was going to let my child eat it's so I returned it to get my money back. The employees gave nothing but attitude and did not want to return my money and when they did she basically threw it at me.

They forgot my large mash potato. Went back in and the person working never apologied then tossed my food at me and promptly turned a walked away. Lettuce on my sandwich was wilted. No root beer made which was the reason I chose to go there in the first place.

Burger and fries weren't even cooked. Disappointed this pregnant lady BIG TIME!
