Come here if you want not editable food! Got a burger that was dry and burned... they should have used it in the chili like they are taught! Nuggets were so hard the dog didn’t eat it! Fries were cold and tasted like I was eating salt! Basically come here if you want to throw away money! They don’t care! Wish I could insert a picture of their nasty food!

Had some unbelievably bad Wendy's experiences in this town, and stopped going a few months ago. Needed something on the fly, and this was convenient, so I decided to give it a try. Big mistake. Drive-through wait was very long even though it wasn't busy, food was cold, fries were soggy, and they didn't even have ketchup. Since eating this, I've basically been sick for a full day. I think you know in what way. Take my advice, stay away from any Wendy's in Colorado Springs. Only gave them to stars because the staff was very courteous.

Went through the drive through at 11 at night. Not very busy. Got something small. Got my food within a reasonable time. Everything is decent so far. Drive back home and notice that I didn't get a burger I had asked for.  Drive back and wait at the window for 3 minutes before anyone even notices, and another 4 to get what I had originally asked for. I wasn't offered a discount or even anything extra. As something who's worked in food service for years I find that to be a bit discourteous. Three things they could improve. 1: Be a bit faster. 2: Offer customers something when they get an order wrong. 3: Get their order right in the first place, especially when it's nearly dead and they have nothing else to do. First bad experience I've had with this particular place. Hence the 3 stars instead of the 2 that they would have gotten from most people.

This particular location had the best fries. Almost as good as they made them 20 years ago before the lame health laws forcing them to change their recipe.

That chunky redhead you saw on tv for like 3 weeks before the ad execs realized that was a bad brand image. This is her restaurant chain. I think.
