Our agents have a combined total of over 75 years of experience in all aspects of travel from a simple domestic trip to the complicated multi-cultural international trips. We specialize in cruises, package tours, international travel, domestic travel, hotels, airlines, car rental, rail transportation, destination weddings and honeymoons. Sandy is a class act!  She is there for her clients 100%.  She always makes you feel like you are her top priority.  I would recommend Sandy and her team to anyone looking for a great travel agent/agency.

I won't book with A1 anymore after I was treated so badly the last time I booked with this travel agency. My husband and I had booked our flights with A1 for 5 times with no hassle until the 6th time when I so badly needed to go home as my father passed away. I felt that I was treated rudely and was responded with "This is to prevent fraud..." even after I explained myself that I was willing to go to their office after I see some travel options first. Sandy did send me an itinerary with 15 hours layover in South Korea. I explained that I'd prefer an itinerary with a shorter layover since my father just passed away and I wanted to be home as soon as possible. The response I got was, "this is the best pricing we have for travel tomorrow..." and was not offered another option. I ended up searching a better itinerary with a better pricing on Google then sent it to Sandy. Overall, just not a good experience with the last booking. Gone were the days when Katherine and Raelee were around to help with great customer service.

We use A1 Travel for all of our business travel...When your boss is Andrew Zimmern from the Travel Channel, that means A1 Travel is booking A LOT of travel for you. They couldn't do a better job if they tried and they are the most friendly folks around.
