We recently traveled to Bhutan on Wind Horse’s Cultural and Walking tour . Our experience completely met our expectations. The tour was well-balanced , very well organized, and the guide Namgay and driver Yumrach were excellent.  They were both very professional, attentive and did everything possible to make our experience a positive and memorable one.  I would highly recommend Wind Horse to anyone considering a trip to Bhutan.

We recently spent two weeks in Bhutan  with Wind Horse Tours and had a great time .  There were five of us on this tour and together with our guide and two drivers, we saw the real Bhutan.  We waked through fields,up hills and over bridges to enjoy the beauty of the country .  Our guides took us to many Dzongs and festivals. They stopped everywhere we wanted to take pictures,go walking and let us experience the culture.The guides handled everything .  Meals were good and hotels were comfortable . We had nothing but great experiences with Wind Horse Tours and thus highly recommend them.  Marian and Ed

This is a professional and experienced company which bent over backwards to accommodate us during the difficult-to-schedule period of the royal wedding in October 2012.  Hotels and food were great or better, and our guide and drivers were really friendly and knowledgeable.  Highly recommended - good luck in Bhutan!!

I am leading a private tour to Bhutan (12 days sightseeing, 5 day trek on 30 March, 2012).  If you ever wanted to go, NOW  is the time.  All of the best of BHUTAN!!!   I am 62 years and this is my 3rd trip.  CONTACT WINDHORSE TOURS, my trip from 30 March to April 17, 2012.

We toured Bhutan for 2 weeks in October 2011. We were under the guidance and care of the folks at Windhorse Tours. From the first day we contacted Ugan and Jambay, through the tour with our guide Tashi and driver Karma, to the last email we recieved hoping we had a great trip and a safe return home, the experience was flawless. If you are looking at visiting Bhutan be sure to include Windhorse Tours on your short list of operators. Every aspect of our tour was taken care of and I do not hesitate to recommend Windhorse as a group that will take care of your every need.
