HORRIBLE customer service from the uppity old blond lady who sits in the far back left!!! Anyone who makes a living working at a AAA location should think twice... make it three times.. before talking to a customer like they're an idiot! ZERO STARS!!!

Recommendation to management:  If you've relocated, and have changed your hours of operation, you may want to update online, that is if you care about customer service.

The customer service was horrible.  The woman who helped us was moody and crabby.  I understand everyone can have a bad day.  But we ended up meeting with this woman 3 times and every time she was distracted and crabby.  Even on our third meeting, we gave her our last name, she pulled our file out and then said "what are we doing with this again?"  I will never go back to this place.

I called the local number on my AAA card put on a phone tree and then hold for over 4 minutes, finally spoke with a person who was unsure if they had a local map for Reno Nevada, reason, "not a popular spot to travel,"  so I said should I call be fore I drove to the nearest location she said sure, as," maps are first come first serve."  So I called the nearest AAA and guess what?  the same exact phone tree voice and I was again put on hold after 2 minutes I hung up.  Not impressed with their customer service at all. I am a Gold card carrier, thought I could get better service.
