I live a block from another cleaner and still go out of my way come here. The staff is so friendly and they take great care of my items! Love.

This company "cleaned" my suit, I knew of one particular spot that was dirty when I gave it to them and when I got it back it was still dirty.  I had to return a pair of pants 3 times because a repair I got kept coming undone.  Most recently, I took in 5 ties and 3 pairs of pants. After a week I heard nothing, I called "all we have are 4 ties."  About 10 days in I show up, "all I see are 4 ties."  Near a month later I got back my pants and 4 ties - keep in mind they never called to notify me.  I'm still missing a tie!  Whats worse is I have still not heard anything, it's like they're trying to avoid me.  A smart man learns from his mistakes, a wise man from the mistakes of others.  I'm not telling you not to use this company, but if you do and have a bad experience, consider it your fault.

Doug is one of the most customer-centric small business owners I have ever met. I HIGHLY recommend A1A Dry Cleaners and Laundry.
