I usually don't write reviews on line but felt compelled to do so with reference to Servpro of Pompano Beach. We recently purchased a home and in the process of moving in, we discovered a flood in the laundry room that spread to the bedrooms. A call was made to Servpro just before midnight. Oscar, the owner, came down to meet us at about 1 AM (!) and explained the remediation process. By about 3 AM his staff and crew we diligently at work. In 7 to 10 days, the home was back to dry and mold free and in move-in condition. I can honestly say the owner and his staff are among the best people I have done business with. Friendly, professional, efficient, caring and easy to deal with. They really bend over backwards to get the job done quickly and efficiently, as they are sensitive to your headache and provide the pain relief. I highly recommend relying upon this company to solve your problems.

We came home from work Oct, 2015 and found a flood in our house from a broken upstairs toilet line. Water flooded the upper floor and soaked through to the downstairs. Water was everywhere. We called our insurance agent who sent out Servpro of Pompano. They responded rapidly and worked very professionally. They explained everything that needed to be done, why if had to be done and when it would be done. They tore out walls, ceilings, cabinets and flooring and hauled it away without causing any additional damage. They made arrangement for mold people to come. They stayed in touch with us and were always on time when they came. I wish all the other companies that we used while fixing our house were as good as Servpro was. I highly recommend them.
