On Today, between 8:30am-10am, August 21, 2017; went to Laundry Express to wash using the $3.50 washer. After I put my clothes in washer, I left the laundry mate to take care of some errands. Calculating the time on the washer with my errands, I returned to the  laundry mate as the washer finished. With that being said, when I took my clothes out I chose dryers 2 and 3 for the numbered dryers and C and D for the lettered dryers. 
   Placing 3 quarters in each dryer giving my clothes 24 minutes to dry. I went to a local store in the area. Again calculating the time of the dryers. I went and returned to find my clothes in dryer D had been removed from the dryer. In shock, I  turned and ask the people in the laundry mate "Who removed my clothing out of the dryer?" A guy walking pass; paused in what seemed like concern, but continued to the door. 
   The woman working there can up to me and informed me that she took out my clothes. When asked why she replied because she could. And if I had a problem I could speak with the owner. She then pointed to the guy who went outside the door driving off in his blue car.
   I then, asked her if someone was to walk off with any of my clothing would she replace them. She then proceeded to say if you have a problem with me touching your clothes you can wash your clothes at home. Then the guy working there jumps intothe conversation. Fussing at me along with the woman. I told her I would appreciate it if she doesn't touch my clothes. She could have used the other 6 available dryers in the lettered section. She said she could use any dryer. 
  For the sake of my children, I took my clothes and walked away while the man and woman that works there continued talking trash. When in vehicle, my youngest son said, "Mom they are BULLIES." As a parent I did not like for my children to witness that. And they had no respect for the children in the building.

Like this place..its open 24hrs and they have press table.. dryers work fine .. the place could use little dusting... overall great place

Gross! Change machines didn't work... there was a homeless man sleeping on the folding table and it was so dirty! I couldn't even bring myself to put my dirty laundry in the machine.

I didn't do my laundry here but I was able to get quarters from their machine with no fuss. Thanks!
