Each of the A3 Performance programs is structured to meet your goals…each delivered in a programmed, coached, high energy (and fun) small class environment. We have programs designed to meet many individual fitness needs. Yes, we have a top level CrossFit program…..it is where we started our fitness business. Today, we have expanded our personalized fitness concept into multiple programs that reach out to a variety of people with an array of fitness, health, weight loss, strength, conditioning or athletic skills and performance goals.
