Best gym experience I've ever had! Within a few months at Apex everyone was commenting on my weight loss and toning. This place gets results and the people are just great and welcoming. Bianca does a fantastic job at keeping the workouts fun and new every day. She also does a great job of modifying for any level of fitness you're starting at. If you're lucky her cute puppies will even greet you at the door once in a while.

Each work out at Apex is Unique. You never know what Bianca is going to have us do each day. That is why I love it!!! I never thought I would say this but I look forward to working out with my 5:30 a.m. "family" each day. We encourage each other and the work outs are tough but fun. Bianca will help me modify a workout when I have a restriction that is causing me not to be able to do what everyone else is doing. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Apex is a great workout and a great environment! Weather your fitness goals are to lose weight or maintain and gain muscle you will reach your goals here! The workouts are never the same twice and will challenge all fitness levels while having fun too! Bianca is very knowledgeable and treats everyone like family. Best gym ever!

At age 16 I am feeling so healthy with my body, and mind ever since I started going to Apex. Everyday there are different, fun, (sometimes) crazy and challenging workouts that Bianca puts together and I love it!!!! I love the atmosphere and all of the people are so welcoming . Even a smile or wave coming into Apex or as you are finishing your workout, is always encouraging to me, because that makes me come back daily! If you are looking to get in shape and want to really challenge yourself, I would definitely recommend Apex Fitness, a local boot camp center.

Apex is the best! Bianca offers challenging, broad spectrum exercises that cover every muscle in the body. Every day is different. Bianca's background in track and field and overall knowledge keeps clients safe and under her close observation. She will always offer modifications, but with a firm push to excel, and take you farther than you though you could go.
