I recently started at Prairie Sunshine (with a 3-month unlimited package), and everyone I've met there is great, from the instructors to the other patrons! The pricing is really reasonable, especially when you consider the small class sizes and personalized attention you get during each class. The schedule is awesome (for me anyways!), with a variety of classes throughout the week starting at 7:30 or 7:45. This leaves enough time to get home from work, eat dinner then head to class to get a nice workout in and also wind down from the day. I highly recommend checking out Prairie Sunshine if you're in the market for a yoga studio :-)

Prenatal classes were great! Helped with aching back, pinched nerves, and sore body. Plus, it kept me flexible and healthy. I've also attended many yoga classes after baby. Great work-out, very clean, great staff. Go!
