Steven showed up as scheduled at noon ON THE DOT! We did not have any work performed as it was deemed unnecessary. We really appreciated his honesty and useful tips to get the full life that's left out of our roof. Highly recommend.

I had them put a Roof on my Home 3 years ago..Best price hi quality The job was done fast with a very nice crew..They gave me 30 days to pay..I needed the work done fast for a refinance..I would give 10 stars if i could..Thanks AA and the roof looks great i will use u again in 20 years !

We had $30,000 interior damage from a bad job done by Rite-Way. Even under warranty they didn't want to fix the leak. Their spokesperson Jeremy said he didn't care and didn't want to see the inspectors report. He preferred to argue and blamed our gutters. Eventually they repaired the issue but this company was very difficult to deal with and condescending. I was thankful that one of the three guys they sent out spoke English so I could talk to him about the problem.

They got the leak fixed but we have no kitchen or cabinets due to mold. Lost a bathroom, carpet, and much of our family room due to mold in the walls from a leaky roof. See the photos. I wouldn't recommend this company. If you have an issue because of bad workmanship you may face an uphill battle. It's been extremely stressful.

I called a lot of roofing companies and did a lot of research. This company had an unbeatable value and highly knowledgeable and informative representation. I ultimately decided to do the work myself as I'm a carpenter. Next time I will just have them do it. Definitely give them a call.

Called Steve and asked him to come out and replace a few shingles and apply some moss killer. Was told by him that he would be out  later in the week. Called Steve back 9 days later and asked if he'd been over. His reply was " No, we're really busy and moss control is at the bottom of our priority list." I asked if he was going to make it out at all, or should I make other arrangements. His response: "Maybe I can next week, you're only a couple blocks away, I don't know...."

No thanks, Steve. If you're going to blow off customers, at least have the good business sense to inform them you don't need their business.
