I was very pleased with the quick response time and the work done by Doug. I was working with another plumbing company previously who failed to properly complete their work. I called Modern Plumbing and Doug was sent out the following day. The job was completed efficiently and with no mess. Everything was handled in an extremely professional manner. I think it is great that your company takes so much pride in customer service and I would highly recommend to others.

These folks are great.  A free estimate on one day, and a few weeks later a return trip after I did some prep work in a bathroom.  The toilet installation went without a hitch.  The technician was personable, polite, and explained each step of the procedure.  Will use Modern Plumbing in the future.

David Nieves came to our home and was honest and did an excellent job fixing all our plumbing issues he even suggested things that I did not realize that were important to our repairs he even quenched my thirst by offering me water from his truck  this is exceptional thank you so much I love this company Modern plumbing is now my only source for all my plumbing needs from now on God Bless you David Thanks for your service! ☺

I had a plumbing back up in my home after hours. I called MPI and within a half hour, Taylor was at my door to help! He thoroughly explained the problem, solution options and cost before hand! Wonderful service! Would highly recommend!!

Not only did Rusty take care of the situation but he did his job with professionalism, Kindness and with a genuine desire to get the problem resolved.
