I was so impressed with the service I received today at the Encinitas AAA location. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. And I was in and out of there in 5 minutes.  Thank you for making this such a pleasant experience for me!

I use to be a fan of this place however their service has gone way down hill. I pay for membership primarily to not have to deal with the DMV, but in providing DMV services they seem to have also adapted their piss poor attitudes, long wait times and disgruntled employees that seem to have the sole purpose of making your transaction so difficult and infuriate you. 

They get a lot of customers coming in on their lunch breaks, and so the AAA employees take their lunch break the same time.   Horrible management, and prejudice attitudes.

It's great that you can take care of vehicle registrations here and not have to go to the DMV.

Great staff here. I got insurance service as well as DMV work done. I have also had notary work done here.
