Really, really bad experiences with this "business".  Would love to help them out if I ever get the chance.

I was with Blue Shield of California for 9 years. The billing and customer service dept is horrible. They have outsourced everything to India. More unorganized than the DMV. I spent more than 20 hours of my life on the phone with them over simple billing issues.
