We had a great experience here. The agent explained what coverage we currently had, and what we should have to cover our assets. She answered all our questions, and gave us options to choose from.

She took our information and handled every aspect of changing our coverage over to their office.  It was simple. :)

Highly recommend this agency for their level of expertise and knowledge.

We first met Diana almost a decade ago. She was our insurance agent (both home and auto) when we lived in San Diego and has continued to be our agent after we moved to Palm Springs. 

We think the world of her and her staff. She has never tried to push unnecessary policies on us but instead has guided us towards exactly the coverage we need. She has been there for us when we made claims and coordinated with the claims agent. Additionally, she has chosen her staff well because they are always so helpful. 

Not only is she knowledgeable and highly skilled but also just as importantly she is a pleasure to deal with. She's always patient and kind. We consider her our friend. Basically, you can't go wrong!  Highly recommended.

While I have had some major issues & disagreements with State Farm throughout a recent claim, the staff at Diana Tracy's office have made the process much more agreeable and are themselves wonderful individuals. I have been with them for many years now, and have experienced nothing but respectful, compassionate, and efficient service from every person with whom I've been in contact. On my most recent claim, tired of speaking with disgruntled representatives across the US who have been less than helpful (and tired of being "just another number"), Diana Tracy's office acted as an incredible resource and advocate, helping me get the service one expects from an insurance agency they've put their hard-earned money into over the years! I know that I can count on them to communicate with the larger offices on my behalf, and can avoid the more unpleasant and frustrating calls with those other locations. I highly recommend this agency, as you will be assisted with great enthusiasm and kindness, every step of the way, and truly treated as family.
