Have had the greatest help from Joyce helping planning trips. Always have had the best places to stay with money saved! Very knowledgeable of the places we wanted to visit, and also has tips for us. Would recommend for anyone! Around 4 or 5 European vacations and a Canadian vacation. Will be going back when it's time to plan another trip!

I have been using this AAA office to book vacations since 2003 and Joyce Briggs has been my travel agent since 2009. She's awesome!! I simply tell her where I want to go and what I want to see/do and she makes it happen. I have had such wonderful and memorable experiences thanks to her expertise and attention to detail.

My husband and I had Joyce plan our honeymoon to Jamaica and she did a phenomenal job! We didn't have to worry about anything and she even got us an upgraded room at no additional charge. I highly recommend working with her to make trip planning, especially international, much easier.

I always receive the best service at the Gastonia office. I have been getting assistance from Joyce and Dottie for many years. It is wonderful to work with people that are willing to help you get the best information and are very knowledgeable in their field.

We went through AAA for a Disney World trip. We couldn't even get into the parks and our meal plan was all messed up. If you want to go to Disney just do it yourself. These people don't know what they're doing.
