You won’t find a more responsive, kind and hard working insurance team out there. Every time I’m stressed out about something going wrong and I contact this office I’m quickly relieved and assured. Literally, every person I have worked with in this office has been lovely. It really feels like they are on your side.  As for State Farm, even the claims department is easy to work with. And the app is very user friendly allowing you to accomplish a lot without having to deal with phone/email tag.  The roadside assistance is fantastic compared to other companies I have used .  Obviously, an uncommon reputation for an insurance company, I simply haven't felt like they tried to weasel out of their end of the deal. At one point I left the company to support an insurance agent I knew and came back to SF before the year was up.  They’re the best!
