I just moved to Muskegon and called this man for a ride to work because my car broke down and he told me that he does not give rides to just "anybody" and needed to ask me some questions to see if I met his criteria. I'm not sure this is how a person should be doing business. Very sad!

Dude was on time and Cab was clean and smelled good. The best choice and this company takes the best routes to your destination.

I was so impressed with this cab. Not only were they fast, they even called me when they were close. The cab was clean fast and friendly driver!!! I will be calling them again

Too bad I couldn't rate a Zero. It's my bday called and asked start rate and per mile charge was told the dispatcher didn't have time for questions rudely and got hung up on. Called back he answered rudely with "I don't have time for questions!" "I wouldn't recommend this trash to the Devil himself.'
