This car service is an excellent option for people who expect a clean vehicle, professional driver and on time pick up.  Communication with dispatch was flawless, a text was sent when they were 5 minutes out and one when they arrived.  Despite being a higher end transportation service I paid LESS than with other local cab companies. The driver was friendly, drove safely and clearly cared about the experience I had.  I will never use anyone but these guys.

Professional, fair and nice. They are really easy to work with and won't get an attitude if you call back with questions. Good drivers and fair price. I also like how they text you when your driver is 5 mins away and also when the driver arrives.

On time and affordable. Very clean vehicles and the staff is all around pleasant. I will never use any other cab service. Mi driver is by far the best I have ever used!

Mi Driver is your 5-star chauffeur service. They are highly professional, very polite, and easy to deal with. The cars they use are always clean and fresh. For two weeks that they were driving me, they were consistently punctual and they made sure I was comfortable. But most impressive was their friendliness and kindness. As a visiting foreigner, they gave me useful and honest information about Muskegon. They even offered me a home-cooked dinner upon knowing I was eating at the restaurants every day! Truly impressive, the best taxi service!!! And wonderful people!!!
