I've never had an issue with this company(money/time wise) until today. I scheduled my fb for 2:40pm. The dispatcher and driver both confirmed that my appt was in fact at 2:40. The driver arrived 10mins early for whatever reason so not only did I have to rush but he also charged me for his wait time making my fare double than normal. If the driver chooses to arrive 10 mins before the scheduled time then he should also choose to pay for it out of his own pocket. You wouldn't have had to wait if you came on time.

I am from out of town and used this company to get home from the bar late on a Saturday night. The dispatcher was super, super sweet! It definitely doesn't sound like it was the same dispatcher other reviews mention. They were very friendly and the cab arrived quicker than I'd even anticipated. My driver was friendly and polite and the fare was only $9. I'd definitely use this company again.

Over charged for no reason. When contacted them very rude, told to call tomorrow. I questioned how they're aloud to do that, said wouldn't recommend them if that's how it works. Hung up on me. Quit angry! Matter not dealt with they're gonna have bigger problem then this review...

So i just took a cab home from work somthing i do alot i have heard the dispatcher be rude about me paying with my card before and various other things but this time was way worse i went to pay with my card he tryed saying it wouldn't let him so i called my card for the third time today to make sure the money was on thair it was so i tould him it was and the cab driver could hear that it was so he did it again and again the dispatcher said it wasn't then the dispatcher tould the caby that i can never call them for a cab again and that he was calling the cops and i will be arested ok do what you need to because its on my card and after this experience i never want to use your cab again no buddy shuld

Still waiting on a cab 5 hrs later. Never using again. Suggest you go with anyone else including Uber and Lyft to get you where you need to go.
