They were able to get us a commercial policy underwritten when nobody else could. Great service and knowledgeable staff!

My family was so impressed and happy when we walked out of the doors when we first went in for car insurance!!
But in the year we've had their service, automatic payments never automatically come out, and every time I talk to them, my monthly bill is higher and higher and higher.

Even the road side assitance we thought we had, we don't actually have, so now that we need to use it for the first time, we don't have it, and our truck is stuck on the side of the street.

Extremely incompetent service. I felt like I was dealing with someone with less than a fifth grade education. "had to deal with a tipsy tervy driver" . WTF does that mean.

Used Francine V. to get my GL insurance and my commercial insurance. Really helped me out to get me the most savings on all of my policies. Couldn't ask for better service!
