We rented a home from Jill on white fish lake mt. It was the worse experience we ever had.our first night in the house the sewer backed up & the whole down stairs was flooded with sewer water up to our knees, because we had to get our stuff out of the family room. Jill was aware of the issues with the sewer because the neighbors informed us that she was. So than she moved us to the South end of the white fish lake in a beautiful home right by the very active RR tracks. So the next morning we woke up to workers taping up all the windows & doors because they were going to start power washing & painting the house at 7 am. So we called Jill & she said " oh you'll be ok there " . In the meantime we couldn't sit on the deck,or even enjoy being outside on our 2 wk vacation. So once more we had to pack up & move. The third house was very nice & we ended up staying there for the rest of our vacation. However, the previous renters left garbage all over the dock and shore area that we cleaned up which ended up being about 3 or 4 large bags full.  At the end of our vacation , Jill charged us for 3 house cleanings , at $300 per house , we were also charged for using excess bedding , & we were charged for excess garbage that was left from the previous renters.this was the worse rental experience in the 22 years that we have been renting houses .WE WOULD Not RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL COMPANY TO ANYONE !!!

It was booked under my mother's name, Beverly Hasty, (our mother) in 2005!  However, there was NO Yelp and NO Google reviews back then and WE felt it VERY NECESSARY to warn renters of how your Agency handled our family!!! THIS IS NOT A FALSE REVIEW!!! How could you POSSIBLY EVER forget this situation???

Jill and her staff are fantastic! I often use AirBnB or VRBO, but the search online can take so long, pictures and descriptions can be deceiving. Five Star Staff are physically present to make sure you get the best rental choice for your needs, and they are right there if you need them if something is less than perfect. White Fish and the surrounding area are a gem, make sure you have the best experience ever by using Five Star Rentals!

We did not want to be landlords after dad passed away but weren't ready to sell the house either.  We decided to ask our friend, Jill, to manage the property.  We receive our rental check monthly and Jill does all of the work for a very fair fee.

We are brand spankin new to Montana and visited several rental agencies to get acquainted with the area as we have not rented in 15 years. We were shocked at how crabby other agencies were when we inquired. 
Then we called Five Star and got Jill on the phone. What a breath of fresh air! She was so kind and caring- even gave our boys Popsicles to cool down on a warm afternoon. We met with her at her office and she got us all fixed up! Absolutely loved her and her co-worker. I cannot say enough great things about our experience with her! We would recommend their firm hands down!

Jill and the crew at Five Star are truly top notch.  When we moved to Montana in 2011, we had very little time to find a rental.  Jill showed us everything that met our criteria in one day and we had keys that afternoon.  When we needed a few minor repairs done to make the home more winter-friendly, she had the work scheduled the same day.  When it was time to move out, she even loaned us a weed-eater since ours was still in storage in Oregon.  Rentals are tough to come by in this corner of Montana, but you can't go wrong with Jill and her team at Five Star.
