I used the AAA Car Buying Service, which was a wonderful, stress free experience.  Although I may have paid a bit more, I hate the pressure and negotiating tactics used by car dealers.  My truck was ordered and shipped to the AAA office here in Prescott.  Ron was very easy to deal with, understood the process and made everything easy.

Had never used AAA for travel agent before so when we decided on a trip to Washington DC this spring I scheduled an appointment. My travel agent, Kimberly, was very helpful, took all the time need to get everything booked for us. Will definitely use them to book our next trip.

Stranded 3 miles south of Costco off State Route 69 and walker. They would not come help because there were dirt roads there were none in sight and the roads were too narrow. The same “narrow” roads full size RV’s drive down every day to go camping. In the end, the second time I called for assistance, I was again ignored because I was “inaccessible” but I wasn’t told that until I called to check on the status of my technician. Great “emergency” service.

I have been an AAA member since 1985. I went in to review my insurance coverage, not expecting much. Tierra was very helpful, taking the time to insure that nothing was being missed. I had AAA insurance while in Washington, and somehow when I moved to AZ my coverage got shifted to another agency not affiliated with AAA, unbeknownst to me. Long story short, Tierra took the time to unravel it all, and got me better coverage for my auto, home & umbrella for much less $$. AAA coverage is great, and the people in the Prescott office are great.

My husband and I have been using this AAA office for nearly 8 years and have had the best experiences for all of our travel needs. Whether we're planning a road trip, river cruise, ship cruise, or need auto care service, AAA can't be beat. Our agent, Jan Finkelstein is #1! You will not be disappointed!

I went into the local office to acquire a international drivers license, with 15 minutes before I had to leave for work. Phil got me out in time with the correct documents. The whole staff was friendly.That's what I call service!

Kimberly Edwards was very kind and professional in helping us. We sincerely appreciate everything she did. AAA Travel is the greatest!!!!!

We love AAA they know how to take care of their customers.  We really love the way they take care of road side service.  We will never be without AAA.

Very pleasant and helpful. I was not able to keep my appointment and they were quick to work me in. Great service.
