We are very pleased with the service we have been provided by Lakeside Property Mgt during the first year of our lease.  The team is always professional and replies to any needs promptly.  We are also very pleased with the local vendors they have sent to our home when called upon.  This peace of mind is sincerely appreciated!

We rented a condo from siesta vacation rentals on 2327 stickney, Sarasota FL, for 3 months.  The pics on their website looked nice, and Pat Ford, the rental agent we used assured me it would be "extra clean"  We paid $8,400 for 3 months, which included fees and taxes.  Much to our surprise and horror, this place was a filthy hole.  There were so many large dirty spots all over the carpet, sofas, chairs, and the my husband and I had to clean the oven, and wash all the dishes.  The cookware was burnt and horrible.  I had to buy 2 pieces of cookware and 2 new pillows, because their pillows had pubic hair on them, in addition to the disgusting stained mattress !!!!! the headboard had huge round stains on it also.  The dishwasher did not work !  We were lied to because Pat Ford said the condo would be extra clean.  The bathroom sink did not drain properly.    The sofas were so old, that the seats were flat, you could feel the wood slats under your behinds.  The shower head fell on my knee which caused swelling and pain.  Marc Caruso from siesta lakeside property management and siesta vacation rentals came over to look at the condo.  He had the nerve to tell me  all these things were     normal.  He said this was an older unit, and we were getting a wonderful rate, and these complaints we had were normal.  Well, I don't live like this, neither anyone else I know. Marc Caruso offered us a free week.  DUH,  why would I want to stay there another minute.  My husband and I make sure the condo was left in the same condition as when we entered.  I washed the sheets and towels, After 2 nights living there in horror, we left.  Now, this company has still has not reimbursed me for the pillows and cookware I bought, and had the NERVE TO CHARGE US $150 for a cleaning feel.. We left this condo cleaner than when we waked in.  We stayed there 2 nights.  They are also not reimbursing us $250, and $55, and $75.00 and taxes.  They owe us money.  this place is NOT REPUTABLE, THEY LIE, AND DECEIVE AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED.  WE ASKED TO BE MOVED TO A NICE CLEAN PLACE WHERE THINGS WORK, AND THEY IT WOULD COST US A LOT MORE MONEY.  WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE.  ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TAKING YOUR MONEY AND LYING.

Highly recommend!   They go above and beyond to help with any situation that we've had.  Mark has been terrific to work with while renting!

I recently changed property managers.  The transition to SVR Siesta Vacation Rentals was seamless but what is really impressive is the lightening speed with which David and his team respond to requests!  I have on numerous occasions sent emails asking for help finding vendors, or accessing the villa, or questioning info on the web.  I recently emailed David at 430 am and he responded immediately!  This company is attentive, thoughtful and thorough.  They treat our renters with respect and provide great service.  I wish I had switched to them years ago.
