Thoroughly enjoy renting from this location. Close to Summerlin and always easy to work with.  Not a big selection of cars so don't expect an upgrade but the lack of hassle makes it a great choice.  If I need something nicer, I go to the airport, but this location works when I'm just looking for transportation.

Had never done business with Hertz and will never do so again. Horrible experience. I should have known things would end poorly. When I picked my rental up it wasn't washed and trash was left in it and it was all down hill from there. Very shady business practice.

We booked the car weeks in advance and when we arrived the car was already given to someone else.Daniel,  the guy working there,  said he cannot keep the car more than two hours and that we haven't answered to the phone call.
When we checked the number it was not our mobile number. Asking him to call the number, he didn't even know how to dial it. It was a 44 xxxxx and someone saying "the number does not exist". So, without wating more, he gave the car to someone else.
There were few people around us who heard the situation and started to look online for a car rental. Even them observed that the guy it was not helpful at all. 
We lost the whole day waiting for help but nothing came out. The customer service forwarding all time to other numbers and saying will call in 24hours. 
NEVER EVER HERTZ.
WE LOST OUR MONEY AND ALL DAY.
After we've seen there is no hope, we booked  Enterprise in 5 min and in 20 we were already in the car.

I never write reviews but this place needs it...

I rented the vehicle from this Hertz location through my insurance company on a Sunday. It's great because I know with it being Sunday not many places are open. No, not this case. I go in to fill the paperwork and they had me sign for the vehicle cleanliness and gas prior to me seeing the car. In the paperwork it says the car was issued clean when really it was dirty and I found dirty paper towels under the passenger's seat.

A week later on Sunday, May 7th it was raining. I was already out and driving so as normal I turned on my windshield wipers. Guess what? The car had no wipers!!! I called Hertz, they told me to find a solution myself. So I called the insurance company and they told me to go to an autostore of my choice and get wipers and they'll reimburse me. Okay, I can do that. About an hour and a half after I put on new wipers the check engine light comes on. It stayed on for a few hours until I got home and had the car parked for about an hour and a half. The light shut off when I used the car again in the evening. However, this morning driving to work the service light came on once again. I called in the morning, around 8:20 and I was placed on hold until almost 9 a.m. when I finally hung up because I had to start work.  This is unacceptable that they're doing this to customers and that they're not properly servicing their vehicles. Why are they not servicing the vehicles??? What is going on in this location???

This place is closed for lunch 12-1pm. Waited until 1:30 but no one to found to help. Just waited enough to be frustrated to leave this feedback. 

Hertz: Please understand, you are located in the hotel, people waiting for you to catch flights. Maintain consistency to avoid this frustration.
